Shipping Policy

Ashyolo18Kreations will do our best to ship out within 2-3 business days of your order. If your order contains any "Pre-Order" items, your entire order WILL NOT ship until the day the "Pre-order" item(s) are ready.

Lost & Stolen Packages:

Ashyolo18Kreations is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, we highly recommend you purchase the extended insurance on every order to insure you are protected. 

Returns to Sender:

If packages are returned to us by the shipping carrier, refunds will only be applied to the cost of the items and not the shipping fees. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees if they would like the order re-sent.
